It may be, and I will confess that I don't own all of the different versions of MS Office.

And I was hesitant to provide the instructions for using word, but after discussing with several people outside of the blog I decided to. In some circles, word is almost ubiquitous as a wordprocessing and text editing solution.

I have to recommend sticking with text editors like VI when it comes to manipulating files in this way. Microsoft and Windows applications have a tendency to not treat new lines like characters, and this makes manipulating EDI problematic when those characters really do matter to the document parser.

I used the unwraped procedure in MS Word. It is unwrapped a file but created a blank line at the end. Is it possible to remove automatically? And the re-wrap procedure does not work in Word 2007. Is it for a version oriented?
